At Magic Car Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return if the product you received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- The product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Timeframe
- Customers must inform us about return/refund requests within 2 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund
- Please email us at admin@teammagicindore.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product details
- Clear description of the issue (and images, if possible)
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7β10 working days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Products used or damaged after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In case of wrong or defective delivery from our side, Magic Car Care will bear the return shipping charges.
